Dr. Swagger’s career as a professional educator and nonprofit executive spans 30 years.
Dr. Swagger serves as a thought leader contributing to the vision and organizational development within her specialized practice areas of leadership development, urban education and nonprofit management. Dr. Swagger is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach and trusted advisor to executives and entrepreneurs. Drawing on her education and experience, she helps her clients turn ideas and goals into outcomes and revenue.
She is not only an entrepreneur but a researcher and author. Her passion stems from growing up as the eldest daughter of a single parent who encouraged her to read and pursue higher education. She co-authored, We Can Have Better Urban Schools, and speaks on topics related to diversity initiatives impacting leaders, schools, and corporations.
Dr. Swagger founded Combined Expertise, Inc. as a consulting agency specializing in strategic planning, proposal development and professional coaching. Her motto is “combining our expertise, to maximize yours!” which demonstrates the collaborative brain trust and mutual work ethic of her team.
Dr. Swagger uses her gift of storytelling to intertwine life lessons and business strategies and tools to inspire, inform and uplift audiences.
